History of Financial Disipleship Canada
Through prayer retreats in the fall of 2016, the Lord spoke to the CNCF leadership team with a mandate to “make a voice” in the wilderness of the worldly financial systems. This mandate is related to the responsibility given to the Church by Jesus in Matthew 28:19, “Go make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."
We feel a pressing need to deliver a clarion call to the Body of Christ to recognize the impact money and possessions have on our relationship with Jesus and our desire to be being transformed into His image. From this call, Financial Discipleship Canada was birthed.”
Under this banner and covering, are the family of ministries: Advisors with Purpose and notmine.ca. Each of these represents a facet and expression of a believer’s discipleship journey. They are intended to encourage, support, educate and train individuals, churches, businesses and denominations in their pursuit of Biblical truth and financial management principles. Each invites the disciple of Jesus to join with Him for Kingdom advancement and the glory of God.
